The 80mm Super Tank Vent Relief Valve is a Pressure / Vacuum Relief Valve designed for ultimate venting capacity.  It can be mounted either directly to the tank or onto the Manlid cover.  The valve may be fitted with connection for a gauge and a ball valve.  A weatherproof cowl is fitted as standard.  The Valve is of the Supermaxi Emergency Relief Valve design.  With improved venting capacities the new design carries a full type approval from Lloyds Register of Shipping.  A typical application would be the MC407 trailer.  This valve has undergone flow testing at National Board Facilities.

The Valve is manufactured in 316 quality stainless steel and precision machined on the latest numerical control machine tools.  Welds are fully homogeneous to ASME design requirements.  Standard finish is a high commercial quality electropolish or machine finish.  Standard seals are Teflon / Teflon Encapsulated Silicone.
