Girard MC-307 Vent
| The MC-307 vent is a stainless steel, pressure actuated unit
that is engineered to limit excessive internal pressure to 130% of tank design. The
standard model vent set at 25 PSIG will exhaust 26,700 SCFH at 32.5 PSIG and conforms to
the emergency venting requirement code for a spring loaded device that is used on MC-307
transports having a total exposed surface area of 700 sq. feet. |
Styles:
 | MC-307B - Vent with 3" swivel nut. Attaches to 3" clean-out
nipple and sels against solid teflon ring gasket |
| MC307F - Vent with 3" TTMA drilled tank truck flange. Mounts to
3" TTMA drilled companion flange on transport. Supplied with teflon envelope
flange gasket |
| MC-307S - Stub end vent. Lower housing terminates in straight stub
end. Welds to dome cover. Note: 3/4" & 1/4" NPT tap not
available in this style |
| MC-307M - Same as above but stub end is on an 18 degree angle to conform to
curvature of dome cover |
