Acid-Chem Hoses For

 Gates has four acid-chemical
hoses that are engineered with many user benefits and cost saving features. The four
hoses - Mustang™ 45HW, Stallion™, Renegade™, and Colt™ -
are light weight, making them easier to handle. Each is designed with a low force -to-
bend radius for flexibility.
Gates new hoses have an EPDM cover that is more than six times more abrasion resistant
than standard Neoprene.
The easy-to-grasp corrugated covers also resist discoloration and fluid permeation.
Mustang 45HW, Renegade and Stallion come with a Gatron or Gatron-backed tube for
increased chemical resistance.
Mustang 45HW, Renegade and Stallion hoses are available with a monofilament helix to
provide crush resistance. |

Flexible Metal Hose
Overview
Any combination of hose and fittings may be specified in sizes from 1/4"
to 8" and in any lengths. Each assembly is custom
fabricated. Please specify size, length, typehose and fittings.
Stainless steel (304, 316, 316L, 321), carbon steel or bronze hose assemblies,overbraided with bronze or stainless steel.
Our "two-pass" weld method helps prevent leaks at the fittings.
Allow 2 to 5 working days for shipment.
Fittings include: Male Nipple, Pipe
Coupling, Male Hex Nipple, Female Pipe Union, Slip on Flange, Lap Joint Flange, Weld Neck

Any combination of Teflon
hose and fittings may be specified in sizes from 1/4" to 4" and in any lengths. Each assembly is custom fabricated. Please
specify size, length, type hose and fittings.
Teflon can be supplied in smooth bore (medium & high pressure) and convoluted (sizes 1/4" to 4") with fittings of carbon steel, brass
and stainless steel.
