Converting your chemical transports to closed loop loading? A Civacon Overfill Protection System can help guard you against dangerous and expensive overfills and reduce the risk of hazardous chemical exposure.

Sense the Difference:

The heart of the system is the self-checking Civacon sensor. All wetted parts of its housing and probe are 316 stainless steel for chemical resistance. It works with viscous and non-refractive liquids.

Easy Mounting:

Available in standard format for compatibility with FM approved rack monitors, the Civacon sensor has a 3" thread mounting with a Teflon gasket for easy mounting in any properly positioned and prepared 3" pipe nipple.

Sensor Ordering Guide:

#1400 Replacement probe, 12"

#1410 Sensor with 3" SST pipe threaded housing, aluminum cap, 1/2" NPT conduit entries.

#1420 Sensor with 3" SST pipe threaded housing, aluminum cap, quick disconnect cable connector.

#1440 Sensor with 3" SST pipe threaded and hardcoat anodized aluminum API optic socket housing.

Standard sensor length is 12". Other lengths available. All sensors are Class 1 DIV 1 GRP D.

Sockets:

Civacon vehicle-mounted sockets connect optic level sensors to compatible control monitor plugs installed at loading terminals. All Civacon sockets are hard coated to greatly reduce J-slot wear and resulting poor contact that is frequently the cause of non-permissive loading conditions.

	Stainless steel contact pins and hardware increases corrosion resistance and reduces maintenance costs.
	Color coded for easy indentification.
	Expanded wire holes for ease of wire/wire pin installation.
	Durable, lightweight dust caps.
	Wire connectors included.

Optic System Tester:

Civacon Optic System testers are specifically designed to quickly and efficiently test the entire Liberty Optic System. Test individual or a series of up to eight sensors.
