The Hydraulic Vapor Recovery Valve is designed to provide automatic vacuum relief when the discharge valve is opened.  The hydraulic activator opens both the footvalve and the Vapor Recovery Valve simultaneously; in many cases the Recovery Valve opens prior to the Foot Valve.  Due to its design, the operation of the valve eliminates the need for a spring loaded poppet, allowing the relief vapor to be discharged quickly and efficiently.  The valve connects to the hydraulic system of the Footvalve, ensuring simultaneous opening.  A 2" NPT connection is provided to ensure complete vapor recovery.  This valve can easily be fitted to an existing 3" NPT Nipple.  To show when the valve is open, a telescopic red indicator, manufactured from anodized aluminum, pops up on top of the valve.
